By using Aprobado ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the App

Aprobado is an educational application designed to help users practice and improve their skills. You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use Aprobado. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

3. Subscriptions

Aprobado offers a monthly auto-renewable subscription that provides unlimited practice sessions.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

Apple is not responsible for the content or functionality of Aprobado.

4. Free Access

Users without a subscription can access a limited number of practice sessions per day.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the app are owned by Aprobado. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes.

6. Account Deletion and Termination

User-Initiated Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time from within the app by navigating to Profile > Delete Account.

• Account deletion includes a 30-day grace period during which you can restore your account by logging in again
• After 30 days, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted
• Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active Apple subscriptions—you must manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings

Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Attempt to circumvent subscription limitations

Terminated accounts may not be eligible for the 30-day restoration period.

7. Disclaimer

Aprobado is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aprobado and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
